Living in Palmers Green area information and guide

Palmers Green area overview

Palmers Green in north London is famous for having a huge Greek Cypriot population - so much so it's often called Palmers Greek. The area makes two appearances in popular culture, with the high street appearing in the "Knight Bus" sequence in the film Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban and being mentioned in Jona Lewie's 1980 song "You'll Always Find Me in the Kitchen at Parties'. Palmers Green isn't brilliantly connected but there is an overland route going straight into the City.
