Kensington area overview

Kensington is a core part of prime central London and is bordered by Hyde Park to the east, Notting Hill to the north, Holland Park to the west and Earls Court to the south. At it's heart is High Street Kensington, the main commercial hub and to the north is the embassy district and to the south the museum district. The area has long standing connections with France and Kensington has the Lycée Français Charles de Gaulle, French Consulate and a French Embassy Cultural Department.
