Living in East Ham area information and guide

East Ham area overview

East Ham is a bustling and heavily urbanised area of East Ham in east London. The housing stock here primarily comprises Victorian and Edwardian terraced town houses, often in attractive tree-lined avenues. Like much of inner London there are fortunately a good range of open green spaces in the otherwise heavy urban environment. Indeed the graveyard of the Norman St Mary's church, is maintained as a nature reserve, the largest of its kind in London.
