Living in Chadwell Heath area information and guide

Chadwell Heath area overview

Chadwell heath is a suburban district in outer east London. Famous residents include Eva Hart, a survivor of the Titanic after whom a pub is named. The area got a bit of a beating during the Blitz and much post war redevelopment occurred on top of bomb-damaged areas. Chadwell Heath is going to change quite dramatically in the next few years as it's going to have a Crossrail Station which will take residents into Bond Street directly in 30 minutes (currently 40 minutes with a change). This is already driving up prices and will drive up rents.
