Brimsdown is in the far north east of London and probably a first choice residential location for very few people. A lot of the area is industrial but the area to the west of the Lea Valley Lines railway (which serves Brimsdown and Enfield Lock stations) is residential - primarily built up in the 1930s. It extends to Enfield Highway, Enfield Wash and Enfield Lock. Probably the most famous thing about the area is that David Beckham joined Brimsdown Rovers football team as a 14-year-old where he played in the youth side.
